There is construction work next to the present Livia Condo project along the soon-to-be-built street: Pasir Ris Grove.
I shall tentatively call this new property project 'Pasir Ris Grove Condo' as there is no official name on this new non-landed condominium property.
Does anyone know the name of this condo project next to Livia Condo. I'm sure it is not called Pasir Ris Grove Condominium or something similar.
So what will the new Pasir Ris Grove Condo project bring? New condo spaces and units? New Pasir Ris Grove Condo design? New Pasir Ris Grove Condo amenities? New swimming pool? New tennis court? New golf course at Pasir Ris Grove Condo? New condo features?
