The new Pasir Ris Grove condo next to Livia Condominium has been launched. I think it is called NV Residences. This NV condo land is undergoing construction works at the moment.

The digging of land at NV Condo site reminds me of that at Livia Condo site.

Looks like many months of construction activity will occur at this new NV Condo site.

Will I go over and do something like Livia Condo Observer with this NV condo?

Maybe call this possible new project as NV Condo Observer or NV Residences Observer?

There is construction work next to the present Livia Condo project along the soon-to-be-built street: Pasir Ris Grove.

I shall tentatively call this new property project 'Pasir Ris Grove Condo' as there is no official name on this new non-landed condominium property.

Does anyone know the name of this condo project next to Livia Condo. I'm sure it is not called Pasir Ris Grove Condominium or something similar.

So what will the new Pasir Ris Grove Condo project bring? New condo spaces and units? New Pasir Ris Grove Condo design? New Pasir Ris Grove Condo amenities? New swimming pool? New tennis court? New golf course at Pasir Ris Grove Condo? New condo features?
